Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 Cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 Packets Carnation Breakfast Essentials Chocolate Flavor
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 3/4 Tsp salt
  • 1 Cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 Cup canola oil
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, cocoa powder, protein packets, baking powder and salt.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vanilla, and canola oil.
  • Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture, mixing until very few lumps appear. Careful not to over mix.
  • Heat the butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  • Spoon pancake batter into the pan.
  • FLip pancakes when bubbles start to form.
  • Enjoy immediately, or freeze for later.
  • Garnish with your favorite fruits, chocolate chip, and/or maple syrup.
