- ¼ red onion thinly sliced
- 1 large cucumber chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¾ cup smoked cheddar cheese freshly grated
- ¼ cup sunflower seed kernels
- ¼ cup crispy onions
- ½ cup croutons
- Dressing of choice for serving
Chop the romaine lettuce and add it to a large salad bowl.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the red onion, chopping the cucumber, and halving the cherry tomatoes.
Layer the vegetables over the romaine.
Grate the smoked cheddar cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the salad.
