What are affirmations and how do they work?
When you affirm something, you are submitting a signal to the Universal that you intentionally want these sayings to be true. Repeating them on a daily basis – whether in your journal, recording them and playing them back, or simply declaring them – sends a clear message to the brain that this is important information for it to obtain.
Remember those weekly spelling test in the third grade? Remember being assigned homework where you had to write the words from the spelling test multiple times?
