Quick and Easy Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese

This post is sponsored by Campbell’s®, Kraft®, and Pepperidge Farm®, but all opinions are my own.

It’s that time of year again! The time when the weather finally cools down, the leaves start to fall and all you want to do is bundle up with a warm bowl of soup and your favorite warm drink.

Personally, I’ve always loved this time of year. Time with family seems more frequent, special meals are shared, and there’s lots of cheer! Now you may think I’m only talking about the holidays, but I’m talking about the cooler months in general.
Now that I am older and have children of my own, I love sharing these same memories with them. Campbell’s® Tomato Soup is always a must-have during the fall/winter months. Campbell’s® has always seemed to be the best tomato soup for grilled cheese. It’s known for its rich taste and can be spotted from a mile away. Campbell’s® has always been my go-to for soup!
I could always count on my grandmother serving tomato soup as a quick lunch option. She would even let us sprinkle our own choice of seasonings on top.

Grilled cheese and tomato soup is a well-known pair and it’s a meal that carries so many cheerful memories for me.
When you prepare grilled cheese sandwiches, you want to make sure you’re using a rather crusty bread. A type of bread that has just the right texture, so that it turns out nice and crisp – and not too soggy from the butter.
Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse® Hearty White Bread is just what you need to prepare a delicious grilled cheese with the right amount of crisp.
To make this meal even more of a classic, use two slices (or more), of the classic Kraft® Singles
You can also pick up a bag of Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Cheddar Crackers as a fun topping for the kids. The more texture for the soup, the better. Plus, Goldfish can be served as a fun snack for the kids later in the day.
Tomato soup and grilled cheese is certainly a must-have during the fall/winter months. Whether in front of the fireplace, next to the fire pit in the backyard, or as a quick lunch or dinner option – you can’t go wrong with the classic combination of cheeses and tomatoes!

You can pick these quick and easy lunch items up at your local Walmart, or order them online for delivery or pickup!
