Start with One of the Famous Smoking Goblets
If there’s one thing you absolutely shouldn’t skip at Sugar Factory, it’s one of their signature smoking goblets.
These oversized drinks have become famous for a reason.

Each goblet arrives with dramatic clouds of smoke created by dry ice, making the presentation just as exciting as the drink itself. It’s one of those moments where nearly everyone in the restaurant stops to watch as your server brings it to the table.
They’re colorful, fun, and large enough to share, making them a great choice for families or groups celebrating a special occasion.

Even if it’s your first visit, I’d recommend ordering at least one goblet just for the experience.
The Seafood Platter
If you’re craving seafood while visiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast, the seafood platter is a great option.

Our platter included crispy fried shrimp, fish, calamari, fries, and dipping sauces, making it a filling meal with plenty of variety.
Everything arrived hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked, making it a great choice if you can’t decide on just one seafood favorite.
It’s also easy to share if you’re ordering several appetizers and desserts for the table.
Fish Tacos
The fish tacos quickly became one of our favorite entrées.

The fish was perfectly crispy without feeling heavy, while the fresh toppings added just the right amount of crunch and flavor. Served alongside fries, it was one of those meals that felt satisfying without being overly rich.
If you’re looking for something a little lighter than one of the larger entrées, the fish tacos are definitely worth considering.
Creamy Shrimp Alfredo
For pasta lovers, the shrimp alfredo is another excellent choice.
The creamy Alfredo sauce coated every bite of pasta without feeling overly heavy, while the shrimp were well-seasoned and cooked perfectly.

Served with warm garlic bread, it was the kind of comfort meal that leaves you wondering if you’ll have room for dessert—even though you already know you’re ordering one anyway.
If you’re visiting with someone who enjoys pasta, this would definitely be one of my recommendations.
Burgers & Comfort Food Favorites
While Sugar Factory is famous for its over-the-top desserts and signature goblets, don’t overlook the savory side of the menu. We’ve tried several of their comfort food favorites over multiple visits, and each one has been just as memorable as the desserts.
One of the first things you’ll notice on the menu is Sugar Factory’s colorful gourmet burgers. Served on their signature vibrant buns, they’re as eye-catching as they are filling and have become one of the restaurant’s most recognizable menu items. If you’re looking for something fun that’s just as photogenic as the desserts, the burgers definitely deliver.
If you’re visiting with family or a group, I’d also recommend ordering a few appetizers for the table. They’re perfect for sharing while everyone decides which entrées and desserts to order.
The calamari arrived lightly breaded and crispy with a flavorful dipping sauce, making it a great choice if you’re craving seafood before your meal.
The fried mac and cheese pops were another family favorite. Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, they’re the kind of appetizer that disappears quickly once they hit the table.
And if you’re a fan of classic restaurant appetizers, don’t skip the spinach and artichoke dip. Served warm with tortilla chips, it’s rich, cheesy, and perfect for sharing while you wait for your meal.
One thing we’ve appreciated after visiting Sugar Factory multiple times is that the menu offers something for everyone. Whether you’re in the mood for seafood, pasta, burgers, appetizers, or just want to stop in for dessert, it’s easy for everyone at the table to find something they’ll enjoy.
Save Room for Dessert
This is where Sugar Factory truly shines.
The desserts are every bit as impressive as you’ve probably seen online, and honestly, they’re even bigger in person.
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, vacation, or simply treating yourself, ordering dessert is practically part of the experience.

Our King Kong Sundae arrived piled high with scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, cookies, candy, chocolate, and enough toppings to easily satisfy several people.

It’s definitely designed for sharing—and it’s worth every bite.
Don’t Skip the Specialty Milkshakes
If you’re trying to decide between a dessert and a milkshake, my advice is simple…
Order the milkshake.
Or better yet, share both.
One of our visits happened during the fall, and we couldn’t resist trying one of Sugar Factory’s seasonal specialty milkshakes. Covered with whipped cream, colorful candy, sprinkles, cookies, and festive Halloween treats, it was just as fun to photograph as it was to enjoy.

One thing I appreciate about Sugar Factory is that the menu continues to change throughout the year, giving us another reason to come back and try something new.
Don’t Forget to Browse the Candy Shop
Before heading home, spend a few minutes exploring the candy shop near the entrance.
Filled with oversized lollipops, colorful candy displays, novelty sweets, gifts, and fun souvenirs, it’s the perfect way to end your visit—especially if you’re traveling with kids.

Even if you don’t take anything home, it’s worth walking through just to see everything on display.

Our Favorites
If we were introducing someone to Sugar Factory Biloxi for the very first time, here’s exactly what we’d order.
